Alton Health and Fun Club - AGM - 11th May 2026

Changes to Instructor's Music

The file below is the response from Everyone Active to the concerns raised about  imposed changes to the music in Instructor led  classes; particularly the Warm-Up & Tone.

Everyone Active Gym - Online Gym Induction

If you have never been to the Gym or need a refresher course on how to safely used the equipment, you can use the Everyone Active Online Induction Course available on the Everyone Active Website or thier App, alternatively as a AHFC Member we can organise a personal induction (up to 4 people) by registering your interest on the Gym Induction Sheet on the Noticeboard Table or with one of the AHFC Committee Members or email: altonhealthandfunclub@gmail.com.

Everyone Active Online Course

This online course has 11 videos with 10 showing the operation of various equipment and can be accessed on your Smartphone using the Everyone Active App 

1. Open up the Everyone Active App

2, Click on Gym

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Online Gym Induction" 

4. Read introduction and then Click on the Video "Your First Visit"

There are 11 short videos to watch taking about 30 - 45 minutes, or you can concentrate on the video showing the apparatus you are interested in.

BEAT THE QUEUES - Online Booking/Payment for the Alton Health and Fun Club

You can now Pay and Book for the Alton Health and Fun Club sessions online using the Everyone Active Website or APP,  with no need to pay at Reception (unless you are booking for Aqua).

Once booked and paid for online you can just scan your Membership Card or Barcode (on the App on your phone) at the turnstiles to enter and avoid the queues.  The new system requires you to tap on Turnstile/Gate Access (on the App) and scan the QR card at the gate. You must be connected to the Everyone Active wifi for this to work.

Members Satisfaction Survey

Thank you to the 204 members who sent a response to the 2025 survey.   The results, minus the many valuable feedback comments that you provided, are available to download (below).  All the feedback has been analysed, responded to and is available for download.  The committee will now work to respond to the issues raised.
