We were asked to create a Website for the Club - We created a website as a digital Noticeboard and for access to general information

We were asked can we pay online for entry to the Sports Centre - We have arranged this with the Sports Centre and it is now possible to pay online and enter through the turnstiles and avoid the queues at reception.

We were asked to arrange some training / coaching for beginners - We organised some coaching for Table Tennis, Short Tennis, Badminton and Pickleball, late in the morning, this is ongoing.

We were asked to change the times of Emma's dance class as she was struggling to meet the start time due to another class - We organised this through Rhianna (Fitness Manager) to make sure it did not clash with other classes.

We were asked if the Soft Tennis and Badminton court positions could be alternated due to crowding near the entrance to the halls - We got permission to move the AHFC Noticeboard table from the hall into the corridor we now also alternate courts 1 and 6 with courts 4 and 5 on a quarterly basis.

We were asked if it would be possible to issue name tags to the AHFC members  - We discussed this and felt it was not practical and a certain percentage of members would either not accept this or would not wear a badge, however we did agree that we should have pictures of the Committee Members posted on the noticeboard to make the members aware of who they are.

We were asked by members can we pay for events by Bank Transfer  -  We now have digital banking with the NatWest and will shortly offer this service once a few administration details are sorted out.
